Dr. Philip Damas

Dr. Damas Philip is the Principle in the College of Economics and Business Studies (CoEBS), Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He is an expert in farm management, macroeconomics, natural resource economics and development economics at Sokoine University of Agriculture. He did his PhD research in renewable energy economics. He also teaches statistics, farm management and macroeconomics for undergraduate and graduate students, and supervises students in a wide range of topics relevant for rural development for their undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Dr. Philip has done research and published various articles in the areas of natural resource economics and farm management.
